Grade 4-7-What stands out in these overviews is the number of useful tables and statistics scattered throughout. A "Fast Facts" section at the beginning of each book covers most of the questions typically required for state reports. The volumes are well organized, and the crisp layout and well-captioned, color photographs are appealing. Good supplements to the "Enchantment of America" series (o.p.) and "From Sea to Shining Sea" series (both Children's).
