About the Author:
Chris Mattison is a professional herpetologist, with an international reputation as an authority on reptiles and amphibians. A member of both the British and International Herpetological Societies, he travels widely, photographing reptiles and amphibians in the wild and is in demand as a lecturer on herpetology in Europe and North America.
