Is there a space age aesthetic? This spin-off from an exhibition organized by Chicago's Art Institute and Seattle's Museum of Flight explores that question in an intriguing mixture of images and essays. Rocket scientists aren't artists per se, but most of them will admit to artistic inspiration. Take the inventors of the German V-2 missile. They were enthralled by Fritz Lang's film Frau im Mond (Woman in the Moon, 1929).
