Buda cites brief case histories to personalize the variety of causes and treatments of sleep difficulties, and he shows humor as well as realism in his approach. Some medications can make sleep difficult, Buda states, and feeling that melatonin is primarily a fad, he worries that it may have side effects related to heart attacks and strokes.
