Review:
The Hayford family has been dear to me for many years, and Rebecca’s story is close to my heart. As she shares how the sudden loss of her husband changed her life, she conveys a very emotional subject with grace, honesty and practicality. If you’ve experienced grief on any level or are trying to support someone who’s going through a difficult time, Life After Grief is for you.

As a pastor who has ministered to innumerable, but individually precious people pierced with grief, it is with practical as well as personal joy to witness the publication of Rebecca Bauer’s Life Beyond Grief foremost, because it unfolds a practical pathway of hope and comfort which will bring healing to any who grieve the passing of a loved one. And personally, it is meaning-filled because I observed the author living through the sudden loss of her husband.
More than an intense story, here is the graciously sensitive, helpfully comforting and spiritually discerning outcome; it frames a work which my pastoral sense tells me will become a source of stabilizing hope born of God-given wisdom.
