About the Author:

Andrew Berry has spent 10 years earning his stripes in the restaurant business. First training under the watchful eyes at Chez Piggy in Kingston, Andrew soon wandered farther afield to sous-chef in Australia. There, he developed an Asian influence to his cuisine and was introduced to the flavourful Mod-Oz style, a wonderful blend of traditional and fusion cooking. Not content for food to be his only creative outlet, Andrew is also an aspiring painter, currently showing in galleries in Toronto, Australia and Korea. This is his first cookbook.
