Eyewitness accounts and archival photos on every double-page spread document horrific crimes, including doctors' brutal experiments on prisoners. That excuse "I was just following orders" raises elemental questions about personal responsibility. Impact discusses the influence the Holocaust had on the quest for a Jewish homeland and the creation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
