About the Author:

J. Michael McLaughlin has been living in and writing about the Lowcountry of South Carolina for more than 20 years. His work has appeared in numerous regional and national magazines. He lives in Charleston.

Lee Davis Todman was raised in Charleston and returned there in 1987 to focus on a freelance marketing and advertising career.
