What’s a sixty six year old man doing writing an erotic novel with such a serious message? Maybe he’s always been a “ladies man” and wants to regain his youth—relive what he’s done and the ones he wishes he’d done. Maybe he gets some kind of perverse delight in writing sexy passages. Maybe he’s always been a rebel and, true to his heritage, writes an epic of a subject until recently totally taboo, interracial sexual relations, especially white women with black males.

The author, during teen years had his own experiences with places like those depicted in Ladies Man. At age sixteen he, reflective of his troubled youth at that point, was a regular frequenter of several ‘colored’ establishments offering many of the ‘indulgences’ portrayed in these chapters. His ‘mentor’ at this time was a young professional gambler who taught him the inner ‘refinements’ of poker and other games of ‘chance’. The primary lesson the author learned from his ‘lessons’ was “you aren’t going to win if you gamble”. “There’s always someone who knows the game better than you.”

The author’s resume starts as a High School Drop Out, roofer, factory, milkman, over-the-road truck driver, candy machine sales, Research and Development and self-employment, finally retiring after twenty plus years of business administration—directing multi million dollar organizations employing up to one hundred employees.

He is married, has four children and seven grandchildren and makes his home in Colorado. He likes the great outdoors, and also, for the past year has absorbed himself in his newest project—being an author.

Excerpt Part One "Plantation Woman"

"Relax, Buck, while I rub your fine big body. Doesn't that make you feel real good to have me touch your stomach? See, There's nothing wrong with that. No? Look at you. My goodness, it's huge. I know you want me."

"Shut up and listen. I know you want me and the puny Masta won't ever find out. He's going to be in town for at least a week and I sure am not going to tell. Now lay down with me."

Buck looks longingly at the beautiful woman lying temptestously before him. Her legs are parted slightly.He sees her flaming bush, the red hair down there. It never occured to the simple slave that a woman's covering, her core of womanhood would be adorned in colors different than the black curliness of his slave girls. Here is a white woman, more beautiful than his wildest imagination and, 'she wants me'. He looks at her beautiful breasts and reaches out to touch her.

She has him now. She knows it. Excited, "He's black, big and forbidden. I'm doing the unthinkable and I'm going to love it. No clumsy, thoughtless 'think machine' like my husband. The nerve of him thinking he had to be the first man to 'pluck' his little slave girls. I'll show him. This delicious, big, hunk of man is looming down, covering me. A huge black pleasure machine and he's mine. I've wanted him, hungered for him, and finally I'm going to have him. He's going to use me. I'm going to have him in me. All of him.

Excerpt--Part two (any) "Ladies Man"

This man, the 'suppose' one, the one who is telling me about you, he tells me he's always admired me, "I've wanted you from the first moment I saw you," he says. "I've never had a white woman, I've seen some that are beautiful but you are the first I ever really wanted. I'd go to bed nights just thinking of you. I couldn't even sleep, I'd yearn and lust so. I wouldn't think of treating you like your man does. He's up there in bed with her now. I know men want to be with those young hoe's but I sure didn't think it was right when her pimp follows them upstairs and comes down laughing a few minutes later saying the big bankroll your husband won was his now. 'Paid over nine hundred dollars for just one night fooling around with some little girl,' that's what the man was yelling. 'Goes to prove the black ones are better, if Abe, with his pretty white woman will pay that much for a night with one as inexperienced as this new one of mine'."

"I didn't believe what they were joking about, though," he says to me. "I know you wouldn't accept money, but I know you'd be right for me at any price. I wouldn't need another woman, not ever. I'd give anything I had for just one night alone with you.
