About the Author:

Liesbet Heyse is a Lecturer in Organization Sociology at Twente University and also holds a research position at the Department of Sociology/ICS at the University of Groningen, both in The Netherlands. Sandra Resodihardjo is a Lecturer at the Department of Public Administration, Leiden University, The Netherlands. Tineke Lantink started her Ph.D. research at the Institute for Governance Studies (University of Twente) in September 2003. Her Ph.D. thesis focuses on the administrative design of quasi-markets (e.g. the Dutch reemployment market). She is also involved in teaching organization sociology courses. Berber Lettinga is a Ph.D. student in the Institute for Governance Studies at the University of Twente. She is a member of the research team on governance studies at MR&V of the University of Twente. Her doctoral research focuses on the relationship between governance and professionalism in health care. Berber Lettinga is also involved in teaching organization sociology courses.
