About the Author:
John Rowlinson is a documentary maker, the BBC producer of the World Cup 1974-1986, and head of broadcasting for the 2012 Olympics. He has interviewed all of the surviving participants for a documentary on the 1966 World Cup that he is making for the BBC alongside writing the book.
