About the Author:

Dr. Patricia Carrington is a clinical psychologist, researcher and highly respected innovator and author.in the field of Energy Psychology. Formally a lecturer in the Department of Psychology at Princeton University, she is presently Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey, where she instructs medical students on how to relate to patients in a manner that honors the patient’s dignity as a human being. Her widely acclaimed, medically approved, modern meditation method, Clinically Standardized Meditation (CSM) is used by organizations throughout the world, and she is a pioneer in the field of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), one of a handful of EFT practitioners worldwide to be designated an EFT Founding Master by Gary Craig, Founder of EFT. In this area, she is the originator of the well-known EFT Choices Method which represents a major advance in this field and in recent years her work has extended to include the spiritual dimension of human beings and animals as well.
