Clint Sorenson, CFA®, CMT® is a managing partner and portfolio manager for Emerald Investment Partners, LLC and the co-founder of WealthShield. He has developed and currently manages proprietary quantitative strategies by fusing together behavioral finance, fundamental and technical analysis. He is a Chartered Market Technician and Chartered Financial Analyst and is proficient in a broad range of investment topics. He has written extensively on the markets and is a contributor on several wellknown financial websites. Clint earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He is also a board member and current Vice President of the CFA Society North Carolina.

Robert Leggett, CFA®, CFP®, JD has more than thirty years of experience in the financial services industry and business world. He is a managing partner and portfolio manager for Emerald Investment Partners,LLC and the co-founder of WealthShield. Robert has extensive experience in legal, tax, real estate and accounting disciplines and served as the CEO of a $300 million family business. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Emory University and his Juris Doctor from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner.
