That is why Paul emphasized in 2 Corinthians 3:6 & 7 that the Law is the ministry of death; not life.Paul said in Romans 1:5 that his mission through his ministry is to bring about the obedience of faith, and in chapter 6:17 he says this: “Thanks be to God that even though we were once slaves of sin, we have become obedient from the heart to the standard of teaching.” What awakened that obedience Paul is referring to; the obedience of faith?
