About the Author:
Jamie Ppe, M.S., R.D., is a nutrition consultant and former assistant director of the faculty and staff wellness programs at Vanderbilt University, where she conducts weight management workshops. She is the coauthor, with Dr. Martin Katah, of The T-Factor Fat Gram Counter, the New York Times bestseller that has sold more than four million copies, along with The Low-Fat Fast Food Guide and The Low-Fat Supermarket Shopper's Guide.
