About the Author:

Kenneth Blanchard, Ph.D. is an internationally known management consultant and coauthor of the widely read textbook Management of Organizational Behavior: Utilizing Human Resources. He received his M.A. from Colgate University and his B.A. and Ph.D. from Cornell. He later became a professor of management at the University of Massachusetts and a member of The National Training Laboratories (NTL).

His advice has been sought by such distinguished organizations as Xerox, Chevron, Holiday Inn, the Young Presidents Organization, all the armed services, and UNESCO.
