Infatti ritenendo che la parte ideale vada concepita analogamente alla parte reale, che quindi o gnuno domini esclusivamente una parte della cosa, dovette trovare pressochè inutile un esame più approfondito della natura del compossesso e dei rapporti tra compossessori.
