As a partner and shareholder of Bell Oaks Executive Search (www.belloaks.com), Randy has worked with clients on a national level in filling leadership roles ranging from individual contributor to C-level executive. He has developed a stellar reputation in the Atlanta and national business community for integrity, thought leadership, building relationships, successful execution and innovative talent strategy.
