This self-help/activity book focuses on coloring as a novel art form for dealing with stress. Some basic facts about stress are presented along with personal stories and inspirational messages designed to help the reader/colorist use coloring as a way to manage stress. The book contains 18 full-page illustrations to color. The illustrations are of Florida native plants. Descriptions for each of the 18 featured native plants are included. The purpose of the book is to learn more about stress and stress management while having fun coloring. Coloring isn't just for kids!

About the Author:
The King sisters--Mary Virginia Graham and Madge Cloud--were born and raised in Helena, located in the Arkansas Delta. They were educated by the wonderful Sisters of Charity of Nazareth at Sacred Heart Academy, in Helena, Arkansas. Mary Virginia received Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Nursing from the University of Florida, and a PhD in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin. She is the author of several book for primary care clinicians including "Clinical Guidelines in Family Practice," now in its 4th edition. She currently lives in Gainesville, Florida. Madge received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Illinois State University and a Master's degree in English Literature from Northern Illinois University. She writes plays for a book reviewer in the Chicago area. She currently lives in Elmhurst, Illinois. "Color Me Calm: Stress Management Through Coloring Featuring Florida Native Plants" is the first collaboration by the King sisters, but several more books in the series are forthcoming.
