About the Author:

Gregory Holden is a chemist with seventeen years experience in biological and pharmaceutical laboratories. Using his educational and work experience he has created an original take on the vampire mythos by using elements of modern molecular genetics and biology to explain the abilities, needs, and seeming immortality of these deadly creatures. His interests include all things science and he is also an avid listener of classic rock. He presently resides in New Jersey with his wife and two sons, along with a lawn in constant need of chemical remediation.
