This book covers all the secretarial skill examinations set by the three major examining bodies (LCCI, Pitman, RSA) the BTEC modules in secretarial skills and a range of other specialist examinations-. Ruth Martindale, Dip RSA is Lecturer in Secretarial Studies at the Luton College of Higher Education. She is a Senior Examiner for RSA Typewriting examinations and has worked for a number of major companies in the UK.
Judith Mancktelow is an examiner for RSA Shorthand and for the Diploma for Personal Assistants examinations. She has lectured on a range of secretarial courses at Luton College of Higher Education and has extensive commercial and industrial experience.
