About the Author:

The Suwannee River Poets group was founded in the 1990s by poet and freelance writer Sandy Fink and was originally named the Chiefland Poets' Workshop. The name was changed in 2006 to Suwannee River Poets to better reflect our tri-county authors. We are a friendship based group meeting once monthly in Chiefland, FL. The purpose of our group is to share our love of poetry and encourage the reading, writing, and appreciation of all things poetic. Visitors are always welcome.
