Review:
". . . As a textbook, it is well put together and easy for the student to use, as well as being a valuable resource for any Public Administrator."
"The strengths of this book are the choice of topics, like citizen participation, freedom of information, ethics, performance measurement, and leadership . . . the inclusion of useful discussion questions . . . make students think about these issues."
"I find [this] current textbook to be much better balanced on the broader context of public administration and the internal administration functions in government. . . ."
". . . The discussions in the text are very timely and relevant to students. Because many of the discussions are relatively recent, the students can relate and this adds to the discussion versus approaching each discussion as a hypothetical point of view."
