Though most of the examples describe invertebrates such as sponges, sea anemones, sea urchins, and jellyfish, the authors also reference vertebrates, such as clownfish and cleaner fish. Remarkable full-color photos dominate every page. Crisp-edged and well lit, they offer amazing detail and greatly enhance the text.
