About the Author:
DR. JOE GOLDBLATT, CSEP, is Dean of The Alan Shawn Feinstein Graduate School at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. He founded The Event Management Program at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and was executive producer of his own special events firm. He has produced United States presidential inaugurations, galas for foreign governments, and the opening of the Trump Taj Mahal Resort.
