It covers the complete scope of the urinary tract and the male genital tract, including topics ranging through the whole field of urologic pathology. Emphasis is placed on pathogenesis and pathology, but the clinical setting and therapy of the conditions discussed are covered in order to place pathology into a proper perspective. In addition to coverage of urologic neoplasms, special emphasis is placed on genital anomolies, urinary tract infection, urinary tract obstruction and hydronephrosis. Particular attention has been devoted to renal cystic and dysplastic lesions, uteropelvic junction obstruction and the pathology and pathogeneis of reflux nephropathy.
