From Booklist:
Ages 2-6. This small book celebrates the many things that hands and feet can do, from daily activities to conveying feelings. One page features a child's hands--stretching in the morning, lathering soap, playing ("Hands together, what's inside? / What do all those fingers hide?). Flip the book over and discover a child's feet, which can wiggle in the morning, stomp when a person is angry, and express joy: "When I am happy / My feet dance / Like ponies as they / Kick and prance." As the day winds down, the two stories meet in the middle, with sleep time, picturing two girls at rest. The simple, bouncy rhymes incorporate playful images and familiar vocabulary; the art has a slick, computer-generated feel, but it's cheerful and vibrant, with boldly patterned, bright depictions of easily recognizable situations. Even though boys aren't included in the pictures, they'll also enjoy this entertaining, eye-catching read-aloud, an affectionate ode to body parts often taken for granted. Shelle Rosenfeld

From School Library Journal:
PreSchool-From the moment of waking, hands are busy: stretching, washing, playing, and finally folding together in sleep. Then, readers flip the book over and, starting from the other side, follow two wiggly feet dancing, stomping, twirling, and finally lying still in sleep. Each upside-down section contains rhyming couplets in simple language, and the two halves are tied together in the middle with a double-page spread of the two little girls who are attached to those hands and feet lying down on a green background fast asleep. The illustrations done in airbrushed acrylic show two stylized children in slick-surfaced, flat, geometric forms, with small, black, shiny dots for eyes, the only texture in the glossy flat surface lent by their apparently collage-knitted sweaters. Very young children, always fascinated by body parts, will be the principal audience for this book, which will work well in a toddler storytime.
