Gerald Bonetto is a lecturer at Cal State LA and Director of Public Affairs with the Printing Industries Association of California. He teaches courses in public policy, intergovernmental relations, California government, and economic development.
J. Vincent Buck is professor emeritus of political science at Cal State Fullerton. He has worked in Congress and the federal Department of the Interior and has written on legislatures, citizen participation, and California government and politics.
