About the Author:
Darren Henley began reading the news at his local radio station, Invicta FM inKent, when he was sixteen years old. Three years later, in 1992, he started working at Classic FM, the world's biggest classical music radio station, as a newsreader. His jobs there since then have included Managing Editor, Station Manager and Managing Director. Over the years, his radio programmes have won all sorts of awards, including one from the United Nations. He has written eighteen books about music and musicians, including a series of five Classic FM Friendly Guides, published by Hodder Education.
