About the Author:

World-famous reflexologist, Ann Gillanders, has been treating patients and training therapists for more than 25 years. Principle of the British School of Reflexology, she has established schools in Japan, Hong Kong, France, Switzerland and Israel as well as throughout the UK. She travels widely and is known for her lectures, television and radio broadcasts on reflexology and other aspects of natural healing.
