Kiana Tom is the most popular fitness instructor in the nation. She can be seen motivating others to get into shape on ESPN's "Bodyshaping", has been on the cover of numerous magazines, including Muscle and Fitness, New Body, Women's Exercise, and Powerhouse, and has written training articles for them as well as for Men's Fitness and Shape. She has been a personal trainer for eight years, has been working out with weights for twelve years, and has her own signature fitness poster. Her newest project is cohosting a brand-new high-energy sports show called "Extreme Energy" for ESPN2. Kiana is a graduate of UCLA and currently resides in California.
