Appeal from a decree (dec. 5th, of the Judicial Com missioner of Oudh, reversing that of the Commissioner of Fyzabad (aug. 28th, by which a judgment of the settlement officer of Gonda had been reversed and the relief prayed for by the Appellant had been decreed to him.
