He proposes a new system of waste disposal that involves local control, state responsibility, and national allocation to deal comprehensively with multiple waste streams.
About the Author:
Michael B. Gerrard is an environmental attorney with Arnold & Porter in New York City. He is coauthor of an environmental law column in New York Law Journal and founder and editor of the newsletter Environmental Law in New York. He also teaches environmental law at New York University School of Law and Columbia University School of Law.
