Writer, TV producer and director Carole Peters is one of the UK's leading experts on criminal history. She was series producer of ITV's acclaimed four-part history of British Serial Killers, To and Kill Again, and is currently working on a 90-minute documentary about the motivations of Harold Shipman as part of this series, due for broadcast later this year.
