Professor Whitford was a faculty member at Montana State University Psychology Department for over 30 years and taught over 30,000 students. During his career he primarily taught Introductory Psychology, Abnormal Psychology and Social Psychology. Professor Whitford retired from Montana State University in June 2012.
He has published in the area of Internet interfacing with Psychology, Web site content, PowerPoint presentations, media in Psychology. Additionally, he has authored many Student Study Guides and Instructor's Manuals in the areas of Introductory, Abnormal and Social Psychology. He is currently working on Test Item File validation research and publishing the results with Pearson.
