Review:
Review from previous edition: "Mayson, French and Ryan on Company Law somehow appears to address complex issues in a straightforward fashion, and in fewer pages to contain detail which is relevant to the meeting room as well as the lecture theatre."
--Alex Tamlyn, Capital Markets and Company Law Practitioner
"The passing of the Companies Act 2006 has necessitated a major update, if not an almost complete rewrite, of all company law texts. The first was the excellent Mayson, French and Ryan on Company Law"
--Lee Roach, Times Higher Education
"Mayson, French and Ryan on Company Law provides an extremely readable and academically stimulating account of company law. It should therefore be the first choice for any law student, practitioner or individual interest... In my view, there is simply no better text."
--Russell J. Kelsall, Solicitor, The Student Law Journal
"The most comprehensive and yet readable student text currently on the market."
--The Scots Law Times
"One of the foremost authoritative texts on modern company law."
--International Company and Commercial Law Review
