Suzanne Abraham works at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Sydney University, Australia. Derek Llewellyn-Jones, formerly at the same department, is the author of Everyman (OUP, 1991), Everybody (OUP, 1993), and with Suzanne Abraham, Everygirl (OUP, 1992).
