About the Author:
Derek Mahon was born in Belfast. A journalist, screenwriter, and theater critic, he has published several works of poetry. He is a member of the Royal Society of Literature and has won many awards, including the Lannan Award and the C. K. Scott-Moncrieff Translation Prize.
